“You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching,
Love like you'll never be hurt,
Sing like there's nobody listening,
And live like it's heaven on earth.”
― William W. Purkey
The love Chris and Rebekah have for each other is instantly apparent. When I asked how Chris proposed, they told me of how Rebekah is not easily surprised, and he took it as a challenge, so began to plan a surprise proposal.
“ It started with the evening gown, sweater dress and rubber boots, I didn't know what any were for and he didn't tell me. He kept taking me on fancy dates telling me to bring the rubber boots but I never got to wear them until Dec 23rd, when I finally got to put on the sweater dress and boots and met him at the farm where he was waiting with roses and the farm truck running. He drove me to the back of the property and to the trail of lanterns, where he lead me by the hand to the gazebo that was glowing with candles and decorated with roses. He turned on my favorite song from tangled (at last I see the light) and after we danced he dipped me, then spun me and when I turned around he was on one knee.”
Happy engagement you two beautiful souls! I can’t wait to shoot your wedding!
